The 2021 class consists of current Major League Baseball players Andrew Chafin and Travis Shaw, former NFL football players Roosevelt Nix and Dri Archer along with current free agent guard Brian Winters, current PGA Tour players Corey Conners, Mackenzie Hughes and Taylor Pendrith, former NCAA champion wrestler Dustin Kilgore, former Mid-America Conference champions Mercedes Germino (women's golf), Marie Case (gymnastics), Diana Dumitrescu (track and field) and John Ovsek (swimming), and softball standout Maureen Notaro.
After skipping last year due to COVID-19 issues and concerns, Kent State made up for lost time with a loaded 14-member 2021 Varsity 'K' Hall of Fame induction class that includes several professionals and a former national champion.
